Right of Withdrawal
According to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please email: sveckova.margarita.riga@gmail.com and send a completed withdrawal form.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned within 14 days of notification.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exceptions
Withdrawal rights do not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized ceramic and porcelain items;
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Defective Items
If the received item is damaged, broken during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at: sveckova.margarita.riga@gmail.com.
Return & Refund Procedure
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Once the defect is confirmed, you will be offered:
- a replacement;
- a full refund;
- or an alternative solution upon agreement.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of confirmation.
If return shipping is required, we will cover the return shipping costs.
