Delivery
We deliver to all countries and regions worldwide, except those where postal and courier services are suspended due to natural disasters, armed conflicts, or similar circumstances. At the moment, we do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
Orders are delivered as follows:
- Within Latvia – via Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post), Omniva, DPD, or other methods by agreement.
- EU countries, the UK, Switzerland – via Latvijas Pasts, Omniva, courier services such as DHL, UPS or other methods by agreement.
- USA – via Latvijas Pasts, courier services DHL, UPS or other methods by agreement;
- Other countries and regions – via Latvijas Pasts, courier services such DHL, UPS or other methods by agreement.
All orders are sent as registered letters or tracked parcels. A tracking number is sent to the email address provided by customer at checkout.
Some countries, such as Canada and Australia, do not support tracking of Latvian shipments on their territory.
Orders are dispatched within 5 (five) working days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery times:
- Latvia – 1–3 business days.
- Europe – 5–14 days.
- USA – 12–25 days.
- Other countries and regions – 15–40 days.
Delivery times are approximate and may be extended during sales (e.g., Black Friday), holidays (e.g., Christmas), or due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, military actions, strikes).
Please make sure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address details.
If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
In rare cases, an order may be split into multiple shipments.
Please contact us:
- If you have not received your tracking number.
- If you have not received your order within 30 days after the tracking number was issued.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the items and the delivery address, according to the rates of delivery services.
Delivery within Latvia is free.
Approximate shipping costs via postal services:
- Lithuania and Estonia – €5;
- Europe – from €7 to €25;
- USA – from €10 to €39;
- Other countries – from €10 to €50.
Please contact us:
- If you wish to use courier services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.);
- If you are planning to order a large quantity of items.
Taxes and Customs Duties
You may be required to pay taxes, customs fees, or import duties upon receiving your order, in accordance with the laws of your country.
